DR. VALLENTYNE’S CURRICULUM VITAE

Dr. Vallentyne is qualified to practice medicine in the province of British Columbia with specialist certifications in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Electromyography through the College of Physicians & Surgeons of British Columbia.

Dr. Vallentyne has been involved in the treatment of patients with strokes, brain injury, spinal cord injuries, peripheral nerve disorders, neuromuscular disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, neck & back pain, chronic pain, and degenerative arthritis since 1988.

Education and Training

  • 1973-77: B.A (Hon.) in Psychology from Faculty of Arts at the University of Manitoba
  • 1979-84: M.D. from Faculty Medicine at the University of Manitoba
