Imaging Studies

Dr. Vallentyne needs to view pertinent x-rays, arthrograms, CT scans, MR images, and bone scans. Copies of the radiologist’s impression of ultrasound studies and bone density tests is adequate.

Dr. Vallentyne can electronically access imaging studies done at the facilities listed below using the PACS system.

For those facilities marked as not accessible by computer, please arrange for the original hard copies:
