Who is Dr. Vallentyne?

Dr. Vallentyne is a specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation certified by the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada.  He is qualified to practice medicine in B.C. by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of British Columbia.  He has obtained additional certifications in (a) Electromyography through the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists and (b) Impairment & Disability Evaluation through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.

If you have been referred for an independent medical evaluation (IME), please note that Dr. Vallentyne has been hired to prepare an independent medicolegal report after interviewing you, examining you, interpreting the results of your investigations, and reviewing your clinical records.  Be advised that your IME  report is released solely to the person or agency that requested the report.
